Really liked the hotel. It was on the sunset side, the grounds were well-maintained, and the breakfasts were decent. We rented bikes right at the hotel. They had 3 pools. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The stay at Ombak Sunset was really worth the price. Sunsets from the adjacent beach are absolutely stunning and food and service at the hotel was great.

I booked 2 rooms here for 3 nights, I thought I was booking Ombak Villas which is their sister hotel as the pics look the same.  It’s obviously a mistake a lot of people make as when you book in they have a little map which shows both hotels that they point at.  I asked could  I have a refund for the room or partial refund and they declined resulting in me paying twice.  It’s of course my own fault , but it’s out of season and the resort  is quiet so I think a little  more flexibility from the hotel chain could have been much better.

One of the best hotels we have been to. Very friendly and helpful staff. The swimming pool is huge. The area is very nice and cozy.We would definitely stay there again.
