Gili Trawangan Hotels with Airport pickup service

The newly built hotel is the twin of the Pearl Beach Lounge but is located in a much quieter position and above all in the area from which it is possible to enjoy the sunset with the sun going out into the sea. If you are looking for unbridled entertainment in the port area, this is not the place for you, although it can be reached in just a pleasant 10 minutes by bike. Very kind staff, clean and spacious rooms, both the pool area and the beach are beautiful and very well looked after. Highly recommended (anti-coral shoes are essential for swimming, when you see the low tide you will understand why....)

Hotel room was clean and comfy, the hotel food was excellent especially the Indian menu as well as Aston burger which was a winner with kids. The service was amazing! Special thanks to Hadi who made our stay pleasant he even took the time to explore the island with my son! The management of the hotel regarding service is the best by far! We will definitely be back ! Thanks so much Hadi and co. 🌺

Just an amazing hotel! From the super helpful and friendly staff at reception, the little upgrade to the sunset bungalow, the huge swimming pool, pool bar and the beach just in front. It’s THE perfect spot to watch the sunset. I wish I had stayed longer! You can rent bicycles from the hotel to go into town which is the busier side or they can call the horse carriage to take you to and from. Oh and the outside bathroom was incredible, looking at the moon at stars when in the shower 🤩 I would definitely choose it again if I were to come back !

It's a little far from the port, but this may be a plus or a disadvantage. I was rather out of the busy street and it was good for the sunset point. It's a walking distance. The staff are friendly and the facilities are pink pink and are neatly maintained compared to the smoky. And most importantly, the cat is cute, nice and cute ....

This hotel was ok however I would not return. The first room given to me had a generator on the window outside which was very loud and vibrating the room. I asked to change rooms and the woman at the desk told me there was none left and didn’t even check. I asked for a refund and was then told I can’t get one but there is one more room available. This was at the front and can be very noisy. I found the woman very rude to deal with and didn’t seem to care. On Tuesdays the hotel next door has a party so don’t expect to sleep until 3:30 am. Room was fine. At breakfast there were ants all over the bread in the basket. I wouldnt recommend this place and couldn’t wait to leave.

Excellent customer service.clean and spacious room.Truly an enjoyable stay! Even the location is nice, about 15 minutes away from the harbour by bicycle which is a good thing because it's much more peaceful as all the loud music is located near the harvour, so staying at this hotel is much more relaxing. There are also other restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. There is a beach right in front of the hotel, but the water level is too shallow so it's not suitable for swimming.But it's not really a problem because if you don't mind walking a bit, about 1-2km north of this hotel, you can find the best beach on this entire island! You can even find turtles there! I would not hesitate recommending this hotel to anyone as I am usually too lazy to write reviews, but when I do, it's either because it's too good or too bad, so you get the idea.

The room and the bathroom were very beautiful in style. The pool was also perfect for cooling. Unfortunately, the bed was very hard for us. However, on request, we have received 3 additional bed covers to put them below. That was all right. The staff is super! They were always there when you had a problem. Can the hotel (if you get through hard beds) recommended.

Beautiful hotel, beach. The downside is that it’s impossible to swim - you’ll walk a kilometer on rocks and grass and it’ll still be knee-deep. And the second minus is the audibility in the rooms. The first night we didn’t sleep (the toilet was roaring very loudly🤪) and the second night it started raining (some areas of the roof are plastic or glass) due to heavy rain, it felt like we were sleeping on the street under an iron roof. In general, 2 sleepless nights. But overall, it didn’t spoil our mood 😇

We stayed 4 nights in this amazing hotel !! Here are the various points we have noted: -＞ The hotel is close to the port and the large central street where you can eat, drink and especially celebrate on the beach ; ) + many others (5-6 min) -＞ We noticed a great cleaning effort in this hotel with regard to the health conditions of the island that are disgraceful. -＞ It was pleasant to bath in the pool that was very well maintained by the staff! (+at the time they saw us in the pool, they just came to light the small jets to the back that is filtering at the same time ) -＞ Breakfast is in the form of menu and not a buffet. The hotel is very good and it is cooked in a minute and we have found it very good every time. -＞ And finally, I want to thank the staff who was adorable! I think that's what will make us most significant in this hotel. Sorry we didn't speak very well English:( * In the passage, Google map does not place the hotel well on the map (difficult to find, you must not hesitate to ask for help to the premises not far away)
