This Casita has 2 bedrooms one bath with a spacious walk in shower, an additional full size sleeper sofa and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide a coffee bar set up ready to enjoy on the house. This casita comes OVERSTOCKED with fresh towels/toiletries and water for our guest. We also provide a 42" smart TV that is logged in and ready to play your favorite shows on Netflix. LETS TALK VIEWS! There are two charcoal bbq grills and a large fire pit (ready to go) for our guest to enjoy their favorite bottle of wine under the hill country stars. Our guests can enjoy country living only 5 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg! Here at Amelia's Casitas we are pet friendly upon approval, but we do require a additional $30.00 fee for our maids to completely DEEP clean and deodorize everything. We also require all pets to be on a leash and the pet owner must clean up any and all waste.
