"I chose this stay based on all the glowing reviews, and they are not wrong! This is a beautiful historic home in a beautiful neighborhood, easy walk to downtown, parking available right in front of the house, and once you park you won't need to move your car again until you leave. The home faces a pretty, woodsy park--we had a very comfortable room with a windowseat overlooking the park and the house's lovely front garden. The hostess Sarala was so nice--very welcoming and made us feel right at home. The breakfast she prepared for us was quite literally the best I've had in years, and she made each plate up according to our dietary restrictions/preferences. She even gave us treats and water for the road when we had to leave! Everything was clean, and the bed was so comfortable! We loved it and were sorry that we could only stay one night. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again! Many thanks to Sarala and her family for such a nice stay!"
