Good hotel. The check in is quick. The hotel was so full. I got the room very far from reception. Good part is that they build Good connection, can walk from inside. Room is good, spacious and luxurious.

After almost 20 years travelling for work, this is one of the most nice, complete, comfortable and welcoming hotel I have been. There are so many facilities, automatic machines for getting snacks or drinks, bowling. I really suggest to stay here!

I was due to spend a week at Tesla, which is only 10 minutes away, so I booked this hotel as it looked good on the website. I wasn't disappointed. The rooms were clean and modern, as was the entire hotel. A good range of food and drinks available and very friendly and helpful staff.

Disappointing service at an otherwise trusted hotel brand I've stayed at a number of Van der Valk hotels and have always found them to be lovely — beautiful decor, great facilities, and a consistently reliable experience. They're usually a really solid option and a brand I trust. Unfortunately, the hotel at this particular location was a letdown when it came to service. The front desk was completely unhelpful throughout our stay. Every time we phoned for something — whether it was ice or help with luggage — we were told they don't offer that and we'd need to come down to reception ourselves. We asked about bathrobes to use for the pool and were told we could hire them for €7 each. At the pool, the towels provided were so small they couldn't even wrap around an adult. The bar in the pool area served wine and champagne, but there were no glasses available. When we asked what we were meant to drink out of, the staff just shrugged and said it wasn't their problem. In the room, there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, which was surprisingly inconvenient. The restaurant looked nice but the food was overpriced and average at best. The chicken pasta lacked flavor, and the Asian beef dish was so tough it was hard to cut, let alone eat. At those prices, you expect much better. Overall, while the hotel brand itself is very good, the service and several of the basics at this particular location fell well below.

Modern, clean, comfy beds, we had a room with a spa bath, coffee machine, kettle and water in the room. Can log in to own Netflix account on the TV panel. Free access to spa (3 pools, 1 is shallow for kids), ice-cream corner, works till 10pm. There is bowling on site

Business 5 days staying (2nd time). Very high quality food expecially in the Oak Room Restaurant. The best hotel compared to others located in the city centre. Nice spa facilities. Maybe the breakfast could start from 6.00 just to help with guest's job matters
