I stayed here because I was attending an event at the convention center.
Overall it was clean and the bathroom and toilet were separate which was great, but I was bothered by the black mold on the inside door of the shower room.
For some reason there were still Christmas decorations up, which was a bit interesting.

If you want to stay reasonably, this is a place I recommend. You have a refrigerator, washing machine, a microwave and a small kitchen. There are two restaurants almost next to this facility. You can use one of them for dinner and the other is for breakfast and lunch. You can also buy bread, etc there too.
