The service was very good and timely. The food was varied, punctual and delicious. The facilities in common areas were good and well maintained, the rooms were a bit small and need maintenance. Overall, the experience was good.

Me pareció bonito el hotel y las instalaciones. Bien aseado todo, pero la verdad es que los trabajadores son demasiado intensos con el tema de vender afiliaciones a todos los huéspedes, no me dejaron ni llegar cuando ya me abordaron para venderme el paquete turístico, y luego de eso cada vez que me veian me volvían a ofrecer dichos planes, la verdad eso se torna aburridor para las personas que como yo, solo buscábamos un lugar para descansar. Ojalá dejen de acosar tanto a las personas con ese tema. la comida rica aunque no hay gran variedad.

Terrible experiencia. La habitación tenía olor a humedad, la llave de la ducha estaba dañada, no había wifi en habitación, las camas incómodas, se escucha música hasta las 2 AM y hacen ruido desde las 6 am. No es tranquilo para dormir. Además los jugos son sólo agua, no se ofrece variedad en alimentación y finalmente, te están presionando desde el mismo hotel para que, desde una empresa llamada Alianza, te vincules a ella para viajar, haciéndote perder tiempo de tu estadía y si no aceptas se ponen furiosos

Not up to any standard in US. Old tired rooms. Im on social security and Im younger than the decrepit air conditioned unit. No (as in none) hot water. Furniture is second hand. Free watered down no name liquor for a few hours at the pool. Free dinner and breakfast offered but not worth the trip.

Nice place, nice people, lousy maintenance. No hot water, shower head spits water all over the bathroom, bathroom metal shelves totally rusted. I don't know how many stars they say they have but I would not give them more than two. And I could go on and on

EXCELENTE ACTITUP DE SERVICIO, BUENAS INSTALACIONES , COMODO, SE PUEDE REALIZAR DEPORTE, JUEGOS DE MESA, COMER Y BEBER BIEN , AUNQUE A VECES HAY MUCHA DEMANDA NOS ATIENDEN BIEN. SE PUEDE LLEGAR MUY FACILEN CUALQUIER MEDIO DE TRANSPORTE INCLUSO EL HOTEL TE CONSIGUE TRANSPORTE EN BUSES DE EMPRESA COMODOS A BUEN PRECIO PUERTA A PUERTA.

The staff was generally very friendly, however, in order to sell a kind of membership, they constantly harass you insisting that you take 30 minutes of your time and in many cases manage to make people waste their rest time. Additionally, on the last day of the trip, it rained heavily and the lack of a DRP was evident because the water went out and there was no option for showers, even though the weather exceeded 30 degrees Celsius. It is necessary for a resort to have a contingency plan for cases where there are water or electricity cuts because these incidents can significantly impact the quality of the guests' experience and their overall satisfaction with the resort.

It is the second time that I go to Girardot on vacation, this time the hotel was full, there were many people, despite there being a line for the room assignment, I love the hotel, the service, the pool, the sauna, the cocktails ,the food, thanks on vacation
