I had a very pleasant stay at Aston Hotel Banyuwangi. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was nice and well maintained, and the facilities were also very good, especially the pool and breakfast. The minus only on AC which is not cold, so we feel little bit hot when we are sleeping, we make a complaint but even after technician coming it’s still hot

I have a good stay and the staff was friendly. I has been given early check in by the staff.,all was good! The only thing i disappointed is the a/c in my room not even cold and the breakfast menu not really a indonesia authentic dish! Hope it can be improved more!

Hotel was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Staff seemed a bit unfriendly and our Neighbour’s was super noisy as we could hear them all night talking. Power went out 3 times during the night and everytime that happened the tv turned on by itself. Breakfast was average. Paid coffee was delicious.

It’s located in the city center. The staff are all very polite. The rooms have a pleasant fragrance that helps you relax. The meals are great too, and the price is reasonable. It can be said to be the best 4 - star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. 地理位置在市中心，员工都很有礼貌，房间有香气，能让人放松下来。餐食也很好，价格优惠。可以说是我住过最好的4星酒店。

The room didn't provide all the standard amenities, e.g., hand towels and face towels. As a 4-star hotel, the AC wasn't working correctly in the room, and the main foyer didn't have any AC, or you couldn't feel it. This hotel could be of three-star quality.
