There’s a convenient pass-through into the living/dining area for easy distribution of your culinary delights, along with a dining area that includes a table and seating for 4-persons. The living area includes a comfy full-sized hide-a-bed, a wood-burning fireplace insert (firewood not provided) to cozy up to, a flat-screen monitor for your viewing pleasure, a sitting nook, and a balcony offering a treed territorial view. This pet-friendly (2-pet maximum, no exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will comfortably sleep 2 to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River, which runs on three sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, a ping pong table, and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas, a children’s play structure, and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
