Stepping through the front entrance, you’ll discover an entryway with plenty of gear storage, one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a split ¾-bath, a galley style kitchen with modern appliances, (including a dishwasher) a pass through breakfast bar equipped with three bar stools, a dining table with seating for four, a cozy living space equipped with a wood insert fireplace, (firewood not provided) and a balcony offering territorial views. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft area sitting space, a loft bedroom with 1-king sized bed and ample closet space, a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer for keeping the duds clean, and a split full bath. Don’t forget Fido, this pet-friendly (2-pet maximum, no exceptions) WIFI* equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Need additional space but with a bit of separation? Family Condo #42 pairs nicely with our family Condo #31, which will also sleep up to 4-persons, and is located right next door! Snowater is a gated community positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year -round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center.
