Fairfield Inn & Suites Kansas City North/Gladstone

Great place to stay, room wise. Overall, the entire hotel was clean, organized, and well kept. They have a small pool though and it was cold. Management said they would check the heater. No hot tub either but all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Our family of 5 had a great day after a long day of road travel. The Reims were very clean and the beds were so comfy we all slept through the storm. Would stay here again.

The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean but we were a bit disappointed the bar was not open on a Saturday n8ght and in the morning I wanted coffee but the on-room coffee did not 5as5e good and there was none in the lobby.

The front desk lady was helpful and got us checked in quickly on a busy weekend. The pool was smaller than most, but it was still nice to have one, and the fitness center was great.

Really like this hotel. Stay here as it's near family. Decently clean and well kept. Newness has not warn off. Nice staff as well. However, just know, this hotel books a lot of youth sports groups on weekends. It wears the staff down as parents just do not supervise their kids.

The hotel was full to capacity. So the garbage cans were over flowing . The food was not really available in timely manner. Coffee wasn't always available.

The floor under the air conditioning unit was soaking wet and there was a glob of something nasty on the inside of the window. I paid almost $300 for a suite. I expect better conditions.

Had a great stay here! Super clean and check in and out was a breeze. The fridge was iced up, so we asked the front desk for help and in less than 10 minutes we had a brand new one! Plan on making this hotel a go to for the KC area.
