The location is excellent, about a 6-minute walk to Queen Street Station and George Square. Room conditions: • Business minimalist style, with a kettle. • The mattress is a bit too soft 😣, so those with back problems should be careful. • The two beds in the twin room are almost touching and need to be moved apart by yourself. • There's just enough space for two 28-inch suitcases 🧳, so the space is decent. 🍳 Breakfast time: Plenty of food options and it tastes good! Recommended to try it out~ 💡 Important Tips: 1. Road construction in front of the hotel means fewer taxis 🚖. It's recommended to book in advance. 2. Prices fluctuate a lot! Earlier isn't always cheaper, so be sure to check the cancellation and refund policies!

Seriously, avoid this place! What a hilarious stay. The hotel's design and ambiance are quite nice. However, they lack pretty much everything. First off, getting to the hotel by car is an ordeal because all the surrounding roads are closed due to construction. And when you try to call the front desk for driving directions, the phone is perpetually unreachable – wow～～～ The room had no slippers or toothbrushes. When I asked the front desk, all I got was, 'I'm sorry! We just don't have them.' It rains and snows on a whim in Glasgow. I asked the front desk for an umbrella. Again, 'I'm sorry.' It's hard to believe a hotel in the UK wouldn't provide umbrellas for guests!!!! And pay attention!!! The breakfast times listed on Ctrip (ending at 10:30 AM Monday to Sunday) are incorrect. It should be 10:00 AM Monday to Friday, and 10:30 AM on weekends. Don't ask me how I know; I showed up at the breakfast restaurant at 10:01 AM on a Monday morning and was righteously denied entry and service by a staff member. He insisted that the food was already cold and we would get sick if we ate it, and he would be held responsible. I pointed to the guests inside who were still happily eating and asked if they wouldn't get sick. The staff member firmly told me they arrived before 10:00 AM, so they wouldn't get sick from eating cold food. Okay, fine! I was truly amused. Avoid at all costs!

Clean and modern hotel. Staff are super helpful. The bar serves great drinks.

The restaurant service is extremely poor and discriminates against Chinese people. I do not recommend this hotel.

Great location. The bed was comfortable. There was no complimentary water in the room—only coffee, and you had to use tap water to make it. The 24-hour gym was great. Good breakfast

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — close to many restaurants, shops, and local attractions, which made exploring the area so convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Staff were friendly and always ready to help, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Stayed in better budget hotels. Room window looking directly onto building approx 20ft away restricting daylight. Room direct above 24/7 air conditioning units. Not even a small bottle of water provided in room! Still waiting in return of card deposit!

air conditioner turns off automatically at 2am due to environmental efforts . disappointed when concierge told me helplessly to get up and turn it back on.

Booked an overnight stay while having a day Christmas shopping situated in the heart of Glasgow which was ideal close to all amenities would definitely book again and would highly recommend to family and friends
