Location quite far from city centre; Good window view; the lady in the reception is nice; quite many dirts in the room, not a really comfortable stay

Much more basic than expected. Bed was made up of two singles which barely stayed together through the night. Tea and coffee facilities were poor as were the toiletries. Not worth the price at all. Breakfast at £14 per head was totally overpriced. Food was luke warm and very bland. Will not be back.

Friendly receptionists, booked the room pretty last minute and got a free room upgrade. The room had the bare minimum of what you would expect to have, location wise, it is right above the Charing Cross station, but it’s a pretty far walk from the main area
