A great hotel close to Glasgow city centre and the waterfront area. The location was very convenient, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Glasgow.

Outstanding stay from start to finish! ＞ We had a fantastic stay at it The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and featured a extremely comfortable bed and excellent water pressure in the shower. The location was super convenient—within short walking distance to attractions areas .

Amazing stay, came here for the second time. Price can be really good if you stay off peak. Loved the leisure facilities and was allowed to use them after checkout too. View was good from the room

Early check in was available at no extra charge, said 1500 but got a room at 11am arrival. Nice clean rooms with room service and restaurant and bar downstairs. Walking distance 300 metres to the Hydro and Exhibition centre.

Great location room could have been better chipped skirting on bath. Musty smell in room. Night before mugs were not changed next day had to report to receptionist. Swimming pool changing area could do with a deep clean. Hotel looking a bit tired. Lift still not working a year o.

The facilities were outdated, the room was tiny, and the window couldn't be opened, making it stuffy. I woke up from a nightmare in the middle of the night, feeling like I was being pressed down in my sleep.
