The hotel was a really pleasant surprise. It had a great vibe and the rooms were super comfortable. Especially appreciated that they had a room specifically set up for guests with disabilities. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making for a very relaxing stay. I'd definitely consider coming back here.

The hotel is well designed right in city center yet lively and calm at the same time.. the only downside of it is only one elevator is working for such nice beautiful hotel and I stay for 8 nights morning and night we have to stay on the lines to use the elevator but the rest is perfect

Generally a good hotel except the malfunctioning lifts, meaning there was only one left available shared between guests and service teams. They seem to go up and down of its own free will. Stay was comfortable. Room was small. The king size bed hugging the window and both walls. Small desk. Interesting capsule shower. Felt like staying on a cruise ship.

Modern and upbeat hotel. They have a cool check in system although i couldn’t find my booking when i did it on the ipad the front desk staff were available to help👍🏼 room was nice a bit small, strong shower which i loved, great touch technology on using ipad to switch on tv, lights, curtains and other cool stuff. Read about the lift situation and imo i didn’t wait too long for the working lift although there would be like 6 inside it was still ok haha. Did think how come such a nice lay out hotel not be quicker in fixing whatever the problem was with the broken lift?? 🤷🏻♀️ anyhow all in all a comfy stay 💜 (also depends on your expectations and taste ☺️)

The hotel is accessible to the bus station and tour pick up and drop off point. Also near to food crawls.
