Great location. Quick and easy routes to and from bus station and train station. Lots of shops in area. Can’t comment on breakfast as didn’t book it. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was great, and the front desk staff were very friendly. I'll definitely book here again next time. The location is super convenient, really close to the Glasgow bus station, so you can just walk there.

The air conditioning was a bit tricky; it kept blowing cold air at first. It took a while following the instructions to finally get it to blow hot air. I guess most three-star hotels are similar. There were hairs on the sheets, and the room was small because it had no window. However, the location is excellent, very close to the train station, bus stop, and city center. It's fine for a night or two.

I booked a room without any windows, so it was obviously a little bit dark. Great that the room had the coloured lights. Room is small, but there is still space to put your luggage.

We checked in on 28th Nov 2025, the room is cozy but the bed is a bit small for 2 (Double bedroom) . Room temperature is cold. Location wise is superb.

The room facilities were good and the service was okay. My main complaint is about the cleanliness – my room wasn't cleaned once during my 4-day stay. Also, there was no kettle in the room, although free drinking water was available in the lobby. It would be fine for a one-night stay, mainly because the location is excellent. It's a ten-minute walk to Queen Street Station and Central Station, and there are plenty of bus stops and an airport bus stop right outside.
