Booked a Premier Plus room - and wished we hadn't bothered. * Bed was comfy enough, but heavy duvet + too-warm room (air-con only wnet down to 19C, which is waay too hot) = very little sleep. * Nowhere provided for us to put spare clothes that don't hang (socks and underwear for example). * Only ONE armchair? In a double room? The desk had a chair, but not a relaxing one. * The windows are the type that don't open - and we like fresh air, even through the night. * Very strange-smelling toiletries provided. Bayliss and Harding are NOT "luxury" brands, in spite of what the Premier Inn website claims. And there was no shampoo or conditioner, and no tissues either. * The Nespresso coffee machine only produced a tiny drop of coffee at each 'run', meaning we had to repeat the process several times to get a decent cupful.
