The hotel is expensive for a reason. The lake view outside the room window is beautiful. The lakeside hiking beside the hotel is also nice. The breakfast and dinner arranged in the room are relaxing and comfortable. I recommend it.

Wow! What can I say! We had the most wonderful 2 night stay for our elopement wedding in Glencoe on the 25.3.25. The house, room and grounds were so beautiful! We stayed in room 6, and the views were amazing! The bathroom was huge and also had fabulous views and amazing shower. The staff were brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble and service was so personal and professional. I had my bridal hair and makeup done in the living room and did leave the area in a bit of a mess, but we came home to it all beautifully cleaned and tidy (apologies again for leaving it in such a mess!), ready for our in room evening meal - this was amazing! The chef and food was excellent! Every breakfast and the evening meal was delicious, and so relaxed being served in your own suite - it was such a luxurious experience and really made our wedding day feel special. We cannot thank Glencoe House and all its staff enough for making our stay so memorable and we cannot wait to come back for anniversaries. Thanks again, the new Mr and Mrs Ellis x

Fifth time back at our fave place in the Highlands. For a couple well travelled and from Scotland this is up there as one of the best we have EVER been too. Situated at the bottom of the Glencoe Valley beneath the summit of Sgorr na Ciche this place is idyllic. The food. Wow !! Sebastian your skills and knowledge of your produce are out of this world and tailor the menu to suit both Heather and my needs to perfection. The staff are so attentive and friendly we will be booking visit 6 just shortly. Keep doing what you are doing. It’s the best bar none Douglas and Heather

Fabulous break in strathcona lodge 14. Fridge and freezer full of delicious food included in the cost. Top of the range kitchen with everything you could possibly need. ‘Maxi’ bar with lots of wines, spirits, beers, champagne and soft drinks (all chargeable). Property was spotless, with a beautiful 4 piece bathroom with amazing products. Upstairs there’s a comfortable bed, wardrobe and WC/sink. Outside you’ll find a wonderful hot tub and comfortable garden furniture. Highly recommend.

Stayed here four years ago and as we liked it so much we decided to stay again, this time a little bit longer. We went for suite 4 this time as although it’s a little “smaller” it’s still about the size of a house, and because it was higher than suite 3 we had an even better view of the loch. I have a mobility issue but it was no problem getting to the room thanks to the “antique” lift. A seat miraculously appeared in the shower without me having to ask. I also appreciated never having to lift a suitcase from the moment we arrived in the car park until we left it. The staff were all amazing. Cheryl and Bryony served breakfast and dinner in our suite, always with a smile and although we didn’t actually see any of the housekeeping team the whole place was absolutely spotless. We had one worry when the chef, Sebastian, announced that he was having a couple of days off, but it was no problem, every meal was excellent.

This is a place where you are Royalty. This is a full floor situation with full dining room (yeas you are served Breakfast, and diner by waiters), parlor with grand piano, full two bath-room with view of the Loch. The General Manager is very, very nice, the property is enormous (can hike around a nice size lake). The views of our rooms is breathtaking.

This was our first visit to Glencoe House for a family wedding, loved every part of it. The staff were so helpful & friendly, James was just lovely, nothing was a bother to him. The rooms were amazing, comfortable beds & super soft pillows, the food was to die for…great menu to suit all tastes, loved getting everything served to our own dining table & not having to get your own. The views & walks were breathtaking. Honestly I can’t speak highly enough of the whole experience, would definitely stay again.
