I give this place an easy 9 out of 10.
I would describe My Place Hotel as new, fresh, clean, and professional with conveniently close parking.
Do not let the inexpensive price deter you! You get so much more than you will pay for. I was impressed!
Since the rooms were of quality, I chose to stay for all 3 of my trips to Colorado for personal business in Feb & March '25 for approx. 3 nights each.
The ONLY downside: The Colorado dry air caused static electricity during my stays. I brought a humidifier with me on my 3rd stay and ran it the entire time I was in the room. It really did not make enough difference.
If it weren't for the static electricity, I would give this a 10 out of 10 and quite deserving too. (Humidifiers are a must.)
I still recommend staying there.
(I have stayed at hotels within the mid-west for over 3 times the price and I would not give any of them a ranking over 8 out of 10.)

It was an awful blizzard night. We were going to Texas and had to stay. They were so busy but were quick and pleasant. The place was pretty clean.

Stayed here during snow blizzard in Colorado Springs. The staff was fantastic handling the check-ins during influx. Room rate was very affordable and in great condition. Well done!

Nice place to stay
Our stay was brief but enjoyable. We did not use any of the amenities. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and shower did it's job. We have no complaints.
