Location very good,have free parking space. Apartment clean and new. Owner very nice and helpful.

Everything's lovely! Really enjoyed my stay here. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, which made self-catering really easy. All the rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely kept – you can tell the place is well looked after. Would happily stay again!

Accommodation was lovely and clean, though think a latch or magnet to hold doors open would be handy as they always shut hard to reduce noise. Says kingsize bed but I own one and these are queen at best but still comfortable. A washing machine but no dryer or line to hang clothes? And wifi cut out next day only to come back late in evening Overall good but could be better

We had a wonderful stay at the Ulsterville Residences. We stayed in Apartment 1, a spacious, one-bedroom ground floor apartment. It has everything you could possibly need and more – a washing machine, full-sized fridge/freezer, cooker and hob, pots and pans, crockery, glasses and a wide range of cooking utensils. The seating area is very comfortable and the TV offers multiple satellite channels. The apartment is beautifully decorated with a modern decor and the bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great nightsleep. The Ulsterville Residences are also perfectly located. Although central, they are situated on a quiet, tree-lined street. There’s a bus stop at the end of the street for quick access to the city centre. You’ll also find shops and restaurants offering a variety of cuisines right on your doorstep. The correspondence was excellent prior to our stay with clear instructions for self check in. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning soon!
