River Vista Vacation Homes

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying our first week in the Maple House. We previously lived 9-miles away for several years and found out about River Vista from out-of-town friends who would stay there while visiting. It is a rustic setting with ALL the comforts of home. The view from the deck cantilevered over the North Umpqua River can be found on post cards. There is a path leading directly below the cabins to a private sparkling clear swimming/fishing hole. Bring your goggles to see salmon and steelhead if you are swimming. Bring your fishing pole if you want to catch your dinner. If you forgot something or need groceries, the Idleyld Trading Post Deli & Liquor Store is 200 feet from your cabin door. The short driveway down to the cabins is steep. Most folks first look at it before driving down to the cabins. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
