"I stayed at the GO2 hotel last night and overall had a pleasant experience. The tariff was really reasonable; the service was good, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Since it’s a two‑star hotel, I didn’t expect many amenities, but refreshments were provided, which was a nice touch. The heating was comfortable—something I really appreciated after a bitter experience at a Holiday Inn in Bristol. Both the room and the bathroom were clean and tidy. The location is ideal for business trips, with easy access to nearby areas. There is on‑site parking available for £4."

"I had trouble checking in and had to get help from the bar staff who were very helpful The bedrooms were a bit on the small side for 2 people, there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms and it was very hot weather. The breakfast menu was adequate. We did not have dinner at the hotel. The bottom step on the main stairway had no markings on the edge, and one of my party fell down that step on 2 occasions. Fortunately he was not injured, but the matter needs redressing. We pointed it out to one of the bar staff who said he would pass on the comment. The staff were very pleasant at all times."
