Easy to get to historic motel. Surrounded by old homes some owned by fishing captains. Room was well equipped and very clean. Location was so close to the beach and the shops on Bearskin Neck. Great restaurants within walking distance. Front desk clerk was extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I was unsure as it was called a motel. But this is a very high class updated modern close to town hotel that is so worth the stay. Virtual check in. Text instructions. Just great !

This little gem is in a great location-walking distance to beach, theater, and restaurants. Clean and comfortable. Easy check in/check out. Highly recommend!

The accommodations at The Eagle House Motel were perfect for our mother daughter get away. The space was very clean and well kept. All amenities were provided and the location provided an easy walk to the shops, cafes and harbor.

We had an excellent time at our stay at the Eagle House Motel! The location was perfect… A short walk from everything in downtown Rockport. The owners were fantastic. Definitely take some time to check out their bar, the Hideaway just down the street! It was a perfect mix of in town, but also quiet and felt the privacy. We look forward to staying with them again!

We're three old friends who had a get-together in Rockport and stayed at the newly renovated Guest House at the Eagle House Motel. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again. We had the entire Guest House to ourselves, and everything was new, clean, and exactly what we needed. The Express Check-in was a breeze. The location was excellent since we could park our car at the Guest House and walk everywhere. Krystle (one of the owners) was very responsive to our phone calls, emails, and texts, and we really appreciated her friendliness and flexibility.

My husband & I enjoy taking 3 day getaways. Rockport is one of our favorites. We normally stayed at Peg leg. But with the new owners its way out of our price range. I found Eagel House. It's clean, well arranged, certainly convenient to walk around village. And quiet so you can sleep at night. The bathroom is a bit tight. The sink is multi purpose. But we were fine with that. We well certainly return..

I needed a place to stay for a night and I can definitely say my expectations were exceeded. The room was updated and fresh and the kitchen was an excellent surprise. I will come back for 2+ week stays!
