Top Apartments in Glyfada

We stayed here for 3 nights in mid May. Although the hotel is on a very busy main road, even the rooms on the front are quiet as the doors are triple glazed. Bed v comfortable and the room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. Roof bar was lovely. Didn’t try the pool but it looked v nice. Several reviews have complained about the breakfast. Really cannot understand why - huge choice of hot & cold food - cereals, bacon, eggs, fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries etc etc. Every member of staff we spoke to were warm, welcoming & v helpful. Good value for a trip to Athens as there is bus outside straight to the city centre and another to the airport - both take about 40 mins. Nearby Glyfada has loads of bars & restaurants. If we come back to Athens would definitely stay here again

So we arrived at the Bomo Palace on the 26th of April, the room was ok but no water was provided in the room & the amenities were ok. The breakfast wasn't fantastic, it was also just ok. But the WORST thing of all was coming back to our hotel one night before our check out to find the door we normally come through to be locked, the lobby full of people with their suitcases and only 1 person at the reception who barely spoke any English telling us all that the hotel has been closed by the state and we have to pack up and leave!!! I asked if the hotel had provided any alternative accommodation, they said no, we have to find something for ourselves and to simply pack our bags and get out. And for the nights that everybody had prepaid, that they would refund on the card not cash (who would trust them after that in the first place). There are no bell boys and there was no one to help us with our luggage from the staff as we scrambled to get out as fast as we could and my friend and I had 4 huge suitcases + 2 carry ons to take back home and to another hotel now first. It was the worst experience of my life, the most unprofessional service and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to ANYONE! I went there for the beach and the pool, the beach was a public one with no chairs and the pool was freezing so TOTALLY not worth the hassle!

This hotel has a great location and Is beautifully appointed. The pool is wonderful with a waiter to bring food and drinks and also a pool bath/shower room. It was too windy for the beach and this was a great alternative. The common spaces around the hotel are beautiful and nice to hang around. We found the breakfast buffet to be outstanding and the staff all around to be so warm and helpful. We I’ll be back!!

Location, location! The hotel is so centrally located that you are literally in the middle of everything. Bars, restaurants, shops, beach, everything just steps away. The entrance is a bit tricky, with a few stairs. It can be also accessed by an outside elevator. Now, the inside elevator needs to be updated asap. It is super small without ventilation and it cannot carry a family with luggage. We had a luxury room. The beds were too soft for our taste so we did ask for a topper. The aircondition could not reach the temperature which feels comfortable for us. Bathroom was small, no hooks around , dark with annoying spotlights over the mirror. Shower, was good. Breakfast was so and so, therefore, although it was included we only had it for the first day. We give a 7 for the hotel facilities, an 8 for the breakfast, a 9 for cleaness and a 10 for the location.

The hotel in Linhai is not in the city center. It is surrounded by wealthy new districts. There are many restaurants around the city, each with its own characteristics and traffic. It will stay here next time.

Hotel location is not bad, close to the beach, close to the only golf course in Athens. The staff is attentive, the hotel environment is good, the room is small but the decoration is very new and tidy. Because it is close to the road, the noise is relatively loud at night, and people who are used to going to bed early may be affected. Overall is very good, it is recommended!

The location is very good, crossing the road is the beach! The business district is right next to it, shopping is very convenient! It is also close to the tram, convenient to the city, breakfast is good, service attitude is good!
