Recently refurbished. Lovely welcoming staff. Easy parking underground for 9euro. Easy walk into the centre. A range of fairly good eating all within 15mins walk as the hotel only does breakfast…which was fine. Everything exceptionally clean and well presented.
The only downside for us was no air conditioning in our room as the weather was exceptionally hot at 34c. An electric fan was provided.

Es kann sehr gut sein, dass die primäre Eindruck dadurch entstand, dass der Haupteingang renoviert wird und der Zugang über eine Art Hintereingang / Hof erfolgte, daher ist meine Bewertung in den ersten beiden Aspekten unter dem Vorbehalt stehend, dass unser Besuch im Mai 2025 erfolgte und die Dinge sich später durchaus besser darstellen können. * Der Bereich der Lobby und die Hof davor strahlen eine gewisse Tristesse aus. Keine große Aufenthaltsqualität. Die "Bar" besteht aus dem Tresen der Rezeption und es gibt nur Flaschenbier und Platz für wenig Menschen. Wer als Gruppe anreist, hat hier eher weniger Freude. * Wir sind mit einer Gruppe angreist, die zu größeren Teilen aus Menschen fortgeschrittenen Alters bestand. Das Gepäck über 20 (circa) Stufen in den Hinterhof zu tragen, war schon ne Nummer. Es gab allerdings einen Mitarbeiter, der den Gästen mit den größten Bedarfen die Koffer getragen hat. * Die Zimmer waren eher klein * Der Frühstücksraum hatte wenig Charme * Das Frühstück war okay * Hotel und Zimmer waren sauber * Personal war freundlich

Eine spontane Nacht und mehr wird auch nicht folgen! Das Zimmer (zum Hof) war sehr aufgeheizt und ungelüftet. Der Wasserhahn im Bad wurde wohl schon seit Jahren nicht mehr gereinigt: völlig verkalkt. 92 € für ein DZ sind deutlich zu viel. Es gibt hier auch keine kostenlose KFZ-Stellplätze. Trauriges FfO!

Das Servicepersonal ist immer freundlich. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt und zum nahen Einkaufszentrum. Für ein 3-Sterne Hotel gab es ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Gut ist auch, dass man direkt am Hotel die Möglichkeit zum Parken hat, für 9 € pro Tag. Leider gibt es keine Zimmer mit Klimaanlage.
