Se trata de un complejo turístico que permite realizar todo tipo de actividades en familia. Está completamente aislado del resto de poblaciones. Los precios son excesivos y se aprovechan un poco en relación con los precios medios de la zona.
El agua caliente de la habitación no salía con presión en determinados momentos.

From the outside, the hotel makes a great impression – modern, well-designed, and visually striking. Unfortunately, the interior and service fall far short of what you’d expect from a four-star hotel. Right at pool reception, we were met with an unpleasant dose of reality. The receptionist was ride!Despite prior notice that the room was booked for three people (two adults and a child), we had to argue just to get a third towel. It’s absurd and disappointing to have to “fight” for such a basic necessity in a hotel of this class. The Carpatia restaurant didn’t meet expectations either. Service was slow, despite the place being nearly empty. We waited far too long for appetizers, and even longer for the main course. Starters were decent, but mains were average at best and definitely not worth the high prices. Overall – overpriced, slow, and left us feeling unsatisfied. The half-board option would’ve been a much better choice – cheaper, faster, and tastier. Only plus: excellent climbing wall staff.

Beautiful location when I visited it was autumn so the forest colours were fantastic. This hotel has a fascinating history so be sure to check it out. The hotel facilities are excellent it suits all types of leasure interests. We especially enjoyed the spar and pool . The staff are extremely well trained and serve you well. The food is also good, the breakfast especially. The lounge is very relaxing for evening drinks. My only negative from giving this hotel top marks is the slow check in , Shame for such an excellent place , I can't wait to return to this wonderful place, I highly recommend.

My vacation was great untill I was informed that hotel is flushing all the dirt in to the river on the park . Please re-think your behaviour this is not acceptable in the XXI century. Typical greenwashing scandal that should be punished

As in the title, I was expecting something more from such an expensive and exclusive hotel. For that price I'd have an all inclusive hotel abroad in Egypt or Turkey. The apartament VIP that I bought for a couple of days, wasnt really prepared, I had to take care of cleaning the minibar, cleaning the room and calling other services like food etc. The swimming pools are fine, but why its available only till 10PM? At 10 PM in summer its still bright outside, why it should be closed? Windy. Almost got ill because of the strong wind. But anyways I liked the patio, the space, the food. I would rate it 3.5/5. You can visit it once, to check and see. But its not that great for frequent visitations.

My family and I have just spent a fantastic time at Hotel Arlamow. From the moment you walk into the spectacular building, the warm welcome we received from Reception soon thawed out our chilled fingers and toes. Nothing was too much trouble. The food at dinner and breakfast faultless. The room with a view immaculate. Thank you to all the friendly staff who made this a break one that we will remember and hopefully soon to repeat.

Hotel situated in a beautiful mountain area. The hotel service is at the highest level. Throughout my stay with my fiancée, we didn't have any problems. The rooms are clean and there is a swimming pool and spa for guests. The hotel restaurant is a different dimension, the dishes are wonderful and the breakfasts are delicious. One of the best hotels I have ever been to.

We drove more than 3 hours from Lublin just foe this hotel, we planed to stay one night amd then if we like it to stay another 3 nights, lucky we only did one. We got a mesaage that there was a present waiting for us and we were so excited. The present was probably waiting 20 minutes at reception to speak to someone. Other than spa facilities and the room everything was at most 3 stars. At no point did we felt welcome or someone to help us. We went for the a la carte restaurant in the hotel...and there was no steak in the whole menu!!! I think only 30% of the staff speaks English and the hotel caters mostly for companies and their employees, convetions. Oh, check in is at 4 PM, first time I ve seen this and I have been around. Make your own plans and decisions but this one is a definite "never ever" for us. Very bad management and dumb decisions it s the only explanation for ruining this hotel.
