The hotel was nice, but when I made the reservation, I specifically asked for a room away from the elevator, yet they assigned me one right in front of it, which was noisy in the morning. I checked in later than planned so I just used the room, but it was annoying that my request wasn't honored. I booked the hot spring + spa package, but the spa water was too cold, so I didn't even use it after paying. The germanium hot spring water was great, though. I'd only recommend the spa for families with children.

Gochang. It was my first time visiting, and it seems like a historic, quiet, and peaceful town. The hotel itself is really clean and quiet. Everything was good except for the breakfast. Cold food was the main offering and it was hard. I wish they would add some warm soup.

It's not as grand as the pictures, it's a small, country hotel. The hot water was only hot enough and the breakfast was empty... I doubted for the 101st time if this was really a 4-star hotel. They only cleaned once out of two nights, and they left the cups untouched... Sigh... I have no intention of visiting again.

The room was very clean, the bedding was very comfortable, and the front desk staff were very friendly. I stayed here to see the autumn leaves at Naizang Mountain in Jingyi County. It's about a 50-minute drive from Naizang Mountain. I was so happy to be able to book such a nice hotel nearby during the autumn leaf season! The lobby has some adorable peacock-shaped plants.
