A very nice water side hotel which is convenient to restaurants and shops.

Place is clean. Well located next to lake and part of a small, cozy village. Rooms and decour is not updated and a bir worn out. Spa area is average. One of the saunas did not work. Tried a hot stone massage, which was nice. Breakfast is slightly boring selection. No pastry or pancakes. Friendly staff. We came as a family of four with two teenagers. We saw no other guest aged below 50 years of age.

mooi gelegen hotel, jammer dat het zwembad (hoogseizoen!?) het niet deed. Airco op de kamers zou wel handig zijn, was erg warm aan de zonzijde.

Ein Wochenendtrip nach Bad Zwischenahn. Ein Hotel mit Wellnessbereich sollte es sein. Die Wahl fiel auf das Seehotel Fährhaus mit vier Sternen. Wir hatten ein Arrangement mit Halbpension. Ich liste die Pros/Cons einfach auf. Pro: -Absolut schöne Lage direkt am Zwischenahner Meer -Sehr guter Service im gastronomischen Bereich -Leckeres Essen, auch dem, Auge wird 'was geboten -Kleines Schwimmbad nebst kleinem Whirlpool, diverse Saunen -Geräumiges Dachgeschosszimmer, Landseite -"Normale" Getränkepreise Con: -Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen -Zimmer war schon gut abgewohnt, diverse Blessuren an der Einrichtung -Keine Klimaanlage -Der Wellnessbereich ist wirklich klein, nur wenige Liegen vorhanden -Neben der obligatorischen Kurtaxe wird noch ein Energiekostenzuschuss pro Tag erhoben -Frech: Für den Ausdruck der Kurkarten wird noch zusätzlich eine extra Gebühr erhoben Eingeschränkt empfehlenswert, das nächste mal wird es wohl ein Hotel mit größerem Wellnessbereich.

Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen.Zimmer als Doppelzimmer sehr klein.Matratzen durchgelegen. Keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung bei 4 Sterne. Balkon eine Katastrophe. Eigentlich waren wir zum Wellness da. Wellnessbereich sehr klein und ungepflegt.Viele Stufen im Wellnessbereich. Die Fliesen sind nur mit Vorsicht zu begehen. Wenn nass, sehr glatt! Restaurant im Hotel sehr teuer. Familien mit 2/3 Kinder überlegen sich dort zu essen. Mitarbeiter nett!Sind bemüht. Frühstück ok!

Großartiger Aufenthalt in bester Lage am See. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes Frühstück in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Hotel vorhanden.

Das Hotel sieht von außen noch ganz ok aus, von innen ist es aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Zumindest unser Zimmer war in keinem guten Zustand. Scheinbar fehlt es an Personal, daher lief einiges auf Sparflamme. Die Bar war geschlossen, die Terrasse wurde nur zeitweise bedient und beim Abendessen war die Auswahl sehr eingeschränkt. Auch die Zimmerreinigung ist einfach nicht gemacht worden. Bei zwei Übernachtungen ok, wenn man gefragt wird. Fazit: Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, eine schöne Terrasse, aber es gibt viel Verbesserungspotential. So wie es jetzt ist, kann ich es nicht weiter empfehlen. Vor allem wird bei der Buchung ja nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass man fürs gleiche Geld weniger Leistung bekommt!

Von Außen sehr schick,das Essen mangelhaft,Flesch und Fisch ungenügend durchgebraten der Kellner gestresst und genervt.Dafür war das Essen einfach zu teuer,ok wir haben nur mit Frühstück gebucht was relativ ok war,aber ebenfalls gestresstes Personal.Das Restaurant sehr veraltet,noch Teppich der stark muffig roch. . Die Zimmer nicht modern aber sauber.Die Matratzen durchgelegen.Ich bin dortmit meiner Mutter gewesen.Da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren war das Zimmer mit Zwischenahner Meerblick in Ordnung.Wir waren vor 2 Jahren dort,da wurde uns gesagt es wird renoviert,kürzlich habe ich dort im Hotel jemanden besucht,aber nichts wurde renoviert.Also von Aussen hui von innen verstaubt aus den 70ern mag sein das dort mal Schauspieler Sänger gewesen sind die Bilderrahmen kleben schon von Staub und die meisten sind schon nicht mehr da,da sollte man sich nicht drauf ausruhen.
