O hotel é muito bom mas o que me chamou atenção foi o atendimento dos funcionários do hotel. O serviço e a carinho com que fui tratada pela equipe foi algo muito diferenciado. O atendimento pelo Alex e pela vivi logo de cara já me chamou atenção porque tive um imprevisto que eles solucionaram na hora, coisa que nenhum funcionário de hotel de luxo faria. Tudo o que eu precisei fui muito bem atendida e sem nenhuma cobrança. Voltarei mais vezes !

No geral bom, limpeza bem fraca e deixa a desejar, processo de check-in do Ibis sempre terrível, muitas filas, poucos funcionários. Café da manhã não vale o preço cobrado, não recomendo, muito fraco, muito poucas opções, jamais pagaria novamente. É um hotel ok, diferencial é a localização, que é muito boa.
