Prestige Golden Hotel

The hotel room was big and clean with two queen bed. the location is good.

The hotel is right in the centre of town, next to a gas station and McDonald’s. The lobby is cosy and warm greeting with two receptionists. Our room has a kitchen, but the smell and smoke leak from the top of the ventilator causing the whole room a smoky and choking smell, and we have to open the window to clear out the smoke. The middle of the bedroom and the bath tub area have no lighting. I found it hard to read book on the table or sofa. The entire room needs more lights. We arrived late and did not use the hotel amenities, but the hotel has a small gym, swimming pool and hot tub.

Overall, a pleasant stay. The room was clean and the location was super convenient. Check-in was smooth, though the Wi-Fi signal in the room was a bit weak at times. Excellent customer service overall, and good value for money when compared with Lake Louise's hotel.

Hotel was going through some renovations and had no restaurant. Rooms are super nice and gym was pretty small. On the other hand pool was big and so was the jacuzzi.
