Hotel Sunrise Golden Sands

I really liked my experience here at this really nice hotel. My stay at this hotel was amazing not only because of the hotel but because of the greatest animation team. Thanks to Marti, Dari, Gabi, Bobi, Serkan they made our days feel more fuller and fun. We will for sure come back.

I really like the hotel i like the food the rooms and the personal specially the animators Ilko,Bobi,Gabi,Mimi,Viki They really made my vacation do much better that’s not gonna be the same without them I really recommend the hotel it’s so good and the place too

Our stay at the hotel was lovely, we loved every second, especially the animators: Mia, Mimi, Bobi, Ilco and Gabi, they made our holiday perfect, they have so much energy, the kids love them and for sure they know how to include everyone and how to keep them entertained, we hope to see them again next year, we are for sure coming back!!!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also a plus, close to the beach. The ambiance was special, my favourite part being the animators: Mimi, Mia, Ilco, Bobi and Gabi. They made our holiday 10× better.

Very good hotel. I loved everything, from the room to the food. The food could be a little bit more diversified but it's ok. You can find what to eat even if you're pretentious. The animators were amazing, especially Mia, Mimi, Ilco,Bobi. They were very careful with the kids and they had activities for the adults too. I liked the games they played with us. We will definitely come back the next year and we hope they will be here too.

Awful, awful stay. First of all, in terms of cleanliness, this hotel is a joke. We have been there for a week and not once has the cleaning staff made our bed or change our towels. We had to go to the reception and ask them to do that every single day. I understand not changing towels daily because of ecological reasons (trying to save water etc.), but not once in seven days? Old furniture, dirty floors, dirty walls. Shower hasn't been cleaned, toilet hasn't been cleaned. The whole thing was a mess. Now when it comes to the food, the only edible thing was probably the chicken, the fries and the watermelon. That is all we could touch while we stayed there. Ended up going out to eat every day, which is not ideal after paying for an All Inclusive hotel. Quality and taste of the food was awful, don't even get me started on variety which was non existent. One of my friends also caught a stomach virus in the first two days. We probably only came into the hotel to sleep, other than that we chose to go to different beaches and pools and eat at restaurants. That wouldn't have been an issue if we chose a hotel with Accommodation only, but we picked this one especially because of its All Inclusive service. A huge waste of money and time! Go anywhere else, but here.
