Ibis Styles Golden Sands Roomer Hotel

Overall, it's a good hotel; very new and modern. The breakfast is sufficient. The absence of thick blackout curtains was not good. It’s close to the beach, but you have to go down a rather steep slope or stairs to reach it. There is a paid open-air parking lot near the hotel. However, the cars get dirty quickly as they are parked under trees. I don’t remember her name, but the lady who seemed to be the head of the restaurant department was quite rude.

Not the best start as not given the room type booked but was swiftly changes by the helpful receptionist. Breakfast was good and had a wide choice. Housekeeping however need to be kept an eye on as room was missed on 2 occasions during our stay again reception acted swiftly to resolve but shouldn’t need to ask especially when we complained the first time. Location is a real plus point as access to the beach etc was really good.

I was booked as a ALL Platinum end of September. I'm not a big fan of the all-inclusive places you find around here, but my trip was just to come to play some golf. Sadly, received an email 2 weeks ahead of my stay the they were closing earlier and they couldn't host me. Nikolai took great care of doing everything possible to please me in relocating me and yes, to a more luxurious and expensive property at their own cost. I know the Ibis Styles is a new property. And sadly, I couldn't experience it. But the way management took care of the issue and treated me like royalty make me want to thanks them for everything they did.

An attractive shiny clean hotel with a very friendly and welcoming aura.The team who is working there is the most welcoming, warm and friendly! Very tasty breakfasts and dinners. Very close to the beach - 3 or 4 minutes walk. Comfy beds. Very good air-conditioner. Cousy balconies where you can spend some time with your friends..Highly recommended!

everything was okay but we had bed bugs in our bed and now we have masses of bites, for such a hotel it is unacceptable and indicative of a poor cleaning team at the hotel, i would choose another hotel next time. the hotel manager should select the right staff to ensure the comfort of the guests and the rooms

Great location, excellent value for money and Staff were really helpful. Staff went out of their way to understand and provide a western service level. Hotel has everything you need - easy access to the ****** and Beach. The hotel is in the North of Varna but taxis allow access to the whole of Varna City. I have to say the food and wine in Varna was first class.
