"I request a drink a martini, accidentaly it felt because my arm was sticked in the table plastic marker...The employees saw it and clean it after I kindly asked if it was possible to give me another one...one of the employees was cool but other went to talk loud about tge situation to a colleague in my table. I did not like it and told him that it was not ok to talk like that...since I was quite ok with the situation despite sad to loose a drink. The service will improve if avoiding these type of situations."

"Really enjoyed our stay at Marcelo. The property was next to the water, but not sure if there are any ocean view rooms due to the layout. The space we had was on 2 floors with 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette and balcony. Very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, large bathroom on the 2nd floor, comfortable a/c and sitting area. We also appreciated all of the outlets to plug in devices. The only thing missing was an in room safe. Property was well maintained with a large pool and areas to sit by the water. The restaurant served a buffet breakfast where you could also order an omelet. Really enjoyed the live music they had on a few nights of our stay. What we also appreciated was the amazing staff from Leonce, Amy-Fa and Api-Fanny (restaurant manager). Very kind and always willing to help. Would recommend and would return."

Effective Wi-Fi, fairly decent TV, rooms at 22,000 without Canal+, few channels available except France24 and TV5Monde. Canal+ available in rooms at 27,000. Huge breakfast. Quiet and peaceful night. Legal European couples welcome."

"I have been coming to the Napoleon Lagune for almost 10 years - the hotel and the restaurant were pleasant but unfortunately over the last 3/4 years, the level has dropped significantly, especially the restaurant - the dishes on the menu are very often unavailable and the shrimp avocado, for example, has been absent for 4 years, as well as other dishes but always indicated on the menu - etc. etc. - and then I had a fish skewer 2 years ago and I was sick for 24 hours and vomited all night and lay down the next day. Really a shame! We went back this year and chose several more dishes (there were 5 of us) and were told there were none! We will not go back. Too bad because the setting is pleasant."
