The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and made people fall asleep in seconds, and the soundproofing was also very good. The toilet and sink are too compact, and I am afraid that I can't plug it in. 😅 There are yellow urine stains left under the toilet seat! The TV can't be turned on (because it's too late, I'm not embarrassed to find customer service, the reason is unknown, no evaluation) There is no air conditioning, it is recommended to configure a fan! Maybe because of the high altitude or the heat, it is hot and sloppy in the middle of the night!

GGuest UserThe room was impeccably clean, and the facilities were very comprehensive. It even came equipped with an air purifier and a humidifier. What truly stood out was the 24-hour diffused oxygen supply. We had initially experienced some altitude sickness, but staying at this hotel, we felt completely fine and very comfortable.
The front desk service also deserves a special mention. The staff were exceptionally warm and thoughtful. They helped us with our luggage and guided our car into the garage. They also immediately came to our room to set up all the equipment – including the oxygen system, humidifier, and air purifier – before leaving. The enthusiastic young staff made us feel incredibly welcome and refreshed. Absolutely fantastic!
Breakfast was good too.
I had stayed at a Home Inn many years ago and had a positive impression. After all this time, staying again last night, both the facilities and the service truly exceeded our expectations. I will definitely consider Home Inn for future stays.
The only minor drawback was that late at night, I wasn't sure if it was the room next door or downstairs, someone was watching TV and talking loudly until 12:30 AM, which was a bit disruptive. I hesitated to call the front desk as I didn't want to bother them, though they later informed us that we could have called to resolve such issues.
Overall, a huge thumbs up! 👍🏻

MM503035****The hotel is very Tibetan style, and the room is comfortable, it is newly renovated, the front desk is very welcoming, the butler car is very intimate, help us run before and after, and then you can rent it to Tibetan, here Wenchuang ice cream is also delicious, and the sunset is very beautiful, Free grills are available, and I highly recommend everyone to come here for a vacation.

First of all, the location is amazing, very close to the train station, just a few minutes by taxi, saving a lot of time. Check-in was incredibly fast, with minimal waiting time. The front desk staff were professional and polite, proactively introducing the hotel's facilities and services. The room layout was very practical, and the high-speed Wi-Fi remained consistent throughout, making file transfers and video conferences incredibly smooth. The soundproofing was also superb; with the door closed, I couldn't hear a thing in the hallway, allowing for a quiet night's rest. The hygiene standards were exceptionally high; the sheets and duvet covers were all freshly changed, and the toiletries in the bathroom were all brand-name, giving me peace of mind. The hotel's self-service laundry room and gym were also very useful; I could wash my clothes promptly after a few days of business travel, and even squeeze in a workout in the morning. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was nutritionally balanced, leaving me feeling refreshed and ready for work. Check-out was quick and easy; the staff proactively inquired about my stay, which was very thoughtful. This hotel will definitely be my first choice for future business trips to this city!

The lobby immediately impressed us with its spaciousness and brightness, and the front desk staff were warm and incredibly attentive. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the mattress was so comfortable we got a truly restful sleep. A delightful surprise was finding both air conditioning and a humidifier, which was an incredibly thoughtful touch! One of the staff members even went above and beyond by helping us with our laundry, showing incredible thoughtfulness! The breakfast spread was also fantastic, offering a comprehensive selection including snacks, main dishes, cold and hot options, plus soy milk and milk – truly something for everyone. Highly, highly recommend! It truly stands out as one of the best memories from our entire trip.

AAnonymous UserStayed for the third night. Compared with other hotels of similar price, I think this one is very cost-effective. It is managed by a very formal and old hotel. The breakfast is also good. It is very convenient for shopping and eating in the surrounding area. The room is very clean, the bathroom facilities are also good, there are tables and chairs, it is very convenient for our children who need to take online classes. All in all, it was very comfortable to live in and the facilities were easy to use. There are a dozen wooden hangers in the closet which is also very thoughtful.

The hotel is new and very clean, with no odors. The owner is incredibly kind!

The two elevators are fast and quiet, the breakfast is rich and varied, the front desk service is warm and fast, making you feel at home, the room service is enthusiastic, the room is clean and sanitary, and the details are in place. GGuest UserBecause of a tight schedule, I booked this hotel in advance. There's parking available, and banks, supermarkets, and pharmacies nearby. With the recent temperature rise, nights without air conditioning were unbearable. I booked an oxygen room, but was assigned to the top floor (6th floor). With the afternoon sun and being on the top floor, entering the room felt like having a heater or a small electric heater on. The front desk added a fan, and even with the window open and two fans blowing, it wasn't cool at all. It felt like sleeping on a heated kang bed all night. The next day, I promptly moved to a room on the second floor. The room temperature was lower, but the oxygen room they gave me was replaced with one without oxygen, without prior notice. Since I was too tired and returned late, I didn't bother changing it. However, I had already paid for the room in advance on Ctrip, so I couldn't apply for a refund. Also, the hotel restaurant was extremely small. Everyone was rushing to their schedules early, and breakfast only opened at 7 am, resulting in everyone standing and crammed together to eat, which was a very unpleasant experience. I recommend checking the weather and your itinerary in advance and choosing carefully. Because I was in a rush, I didn't have time to take photos of the hotel; this is just my personal experience for reference.
