Lonely space desert glamping hotel

The wooden cabins are unique, and we slept soundly. The Yardang landform is stunning, and the sunrise and sunset are incredibly beautiful. There are many free activities for kids, and the hotel even gave us ice cream, a high-altitude slide, and a fireworks party. The service was thoughtful!

The most delightful stop on my trip to the great Northwest! Staying at the Solitary Starry Sky Camp was an absolutely amazing experience ✨ I chose the Dome Starry Sky room, and at night, I could just lie in bed and gaze up at the Milky Way. The starry sky over the Gobi Desert is truly breathtaking. In the evening, there was a lively bonfire party where everyone gathered around to sing and dance – the atmosphere was fantastic! We also enjoyed a spectacular fireworks display, which really elevated the experience. The butler service was attentive and thoughtful; they responded quickly to any requests, making the entire stay hassle-free. The hotel is right next to the Yardang landforms, offering unparalleled views of the Gobi wilderness. The facilities are excellent for a desert camp. I highly recommend including this experience on your Qinghai-Gansu loop tour; it’s an unforgettable Gobi camping adventure!

The room was super cool! Even though it's a small wooden cabin, it was surprisingly wind-resistant and sturdy. The bedding was comfortable, and the toiletries were complete. Most importantly, the housekeeper and staff were all very professional and enthusiastic. I wanted to mail back some clothes I wasn't wearing, but SF Express couldn't pick them up at the location. The housekeeper and the front desk gentleman went above and beyond to help coordinate. This was the happiest stop on our Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop trip!

Having stayed in various star-rated hotels, this wooden cabin in the desert offered a uniquely different experience. It was very windy, and the house creaked quite a bit. The accommodation itself was decent, and the butler was very attentive. The complimentary slide and ice cream were a big hit with the kids. Don't forget to go around to the back of the hotel camp; there's a beautiful emerald pool there! (Bonus tip)

The room decor is exquisite, and the camp really captures a Martian vibe. At night, the sky is full of stars, and hearing the wind in the Gobi desert perfectly matches the name "Lonely Interstellar." I also want to give a special shout-out to the breakfast – it was so delicious! So delicious! So delicious! You can even make your own salad, which is great for women. Plus, there were many other varieties. When I asked my child what her most unforgettable experience was, she said it was stargazing at the camp at night. Thumbs up!

This hotel is amazing! It's so unique and charming, a real gem to find deep in the desert. You can tell they put a lot of thought and effort into it. The butler was incredibly attentive and helpful, welcoming us even though it was very late and enthusiastically showing us around. Breakfast was extensive and far exceeded our expectations. The waterslide was thrilling, and there's a beautiful swimming pool too.

I didn't have high expectations for the cabin, I just wanted to experience it. It was fully booked, but one commendable thing is that they didn't raise their prices, unlike the exorbitant price hikes at other campsites nearby. If the weather's good, you can see the Milky Way at night. Since it was fully booked, I had no choice but to reserve a room without a private bathroom. If that's an issue for you, make sure to book a room with a bathroom in advance.

This hotel, built in a remote area, offers an excellent overall stay experience. It's clean and tidy, and conveniently equipped with a restaurant, coffee shop, supermarket, and SPA. The hotel itself is an attraction, blending seamlessly with the surrounding Yardang landforms and adorned with salt lakes and numerous family-friendly facilities. A special shout-out goes to the hotel's butler service for their thorough, comprehensive, patient, and polite explanations, and the breakfast, which far exceeded expectations! Overall, highly recommended!

The hotel is quite large overall, and the public facilities, such as climbing nets, slides, swimming pools, and trampolines, are all perfect for kids to play on. It's an excellent place for families with young children. They also have a spectacular fireworks display. The breakfast buffet is very rich, with not only the usual food and drinks but also desserts, yogurt, butter, and jam. The nighttime lighting is also incredibly beautiful, though it's a shame we didn't get to see any stars.
