Vienna International Hotel (Golmud Zhongshan Road Flagship Store)

The hotel is newly renovated, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are warm and friendly. The breakfast is rich and delicious, which was a lifesaver for me as a southerner who isn't used to Northwestern cuisine. Plus, the hotel has a washing machine and dryer, which is incredibly convenient when traveling with kids. Parking is free, and you can even charge your car. Highly recommended!

There were no security guards at the hotel entrance, preventing vehicles from entering the parking lot. Calling the front desk resulted in no action; they simply said the security guards were not there and that guests had to wait at the entrance until the delivery scooter left before they could enter the parking lot.

This is absolutely the best Vienna hotel I've ever stayed at! It was such a pleasant surprise. I was expecting peak season prices to be high, so I just wanted to find something casual and stay somewhere, but the experience was absolutely amazing. The service was impeccable, and they were incredibly attentive to my needs. Having traveled to Xining and Delingha, I can't find any other brand-name hotel in the same price range that can compare. The breakfast was also delicious, much better than other places I've stayed at. I highly recommend it!

Hotel Review (196 words) During my self-driving trip through Qinghai and Gansu, I was very satisfied with the Vienna International Hotel Zhongshan Road Flagship Store. The hotel boasts a prime location, convenient transportation, and free parking, making parking hassle-free for drivers. The spacious and bright twin room with oxygen supply was excellent, with soft and comfortable bedding. The diffused oxygen supply throughout the room greatly helped alleviate altitude sickness, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, the facilities were new, and the soundproofing was good. The front desk service was warm and efficient, and check-in was quick. The breakfast offered a variety of options, sufficient for replenishing energy during the journey. The surrounding area is convenient for dining and shopping, and it's not far from the train station. As a rest stop along the loop, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended for tourists visiting Golmud.

After visiting the Qarhan Salt Lake, we rushed to Golmud and checked into the Vienna Hotel, which was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. In the evening, the hotel even prepared two kinds of porridge for guests in the lobby, which was very thoughtful and considerate. For early morning trains, the driver helped with luggage and was very polite. 3. Facilities are great. The room is spacious, and the hairdryer is a Laifen brand, very comfortable. The humidifier in the room is also very reliable. The desk and chair are perfect for working. 4. As a member, we were given complimentary breakfast. A thoughtful touch! 5. The smart toilet and smart curtains are very convenient, my child loves them, and there's a 24-hour free porridge station. Highly recommend this place!

Environment: Okay. I quite liked the room's decor. The breakfast was also quite plentiful. Cleanliness: Okay. The family room didn't have a window, but it didn't feel cramped, probably because the room was large. Facilities: The diffused oxygen supply was very comfortable. Parking was limited and the parking signs weren't very clear; if you missed your turn, you had to drive up a big hill from the hotel reception to the parking lot. Service: Okay. Some people were alright. The security guard was rather lazy and kept shirking his duties. Every time I asked him, he said he had other things to do and I had to tell him twice before he would do anything.

Cleanliness was so-so, breakfast was so-so. There wasn't even a razor. For such an expensive chain hotel, I expected a comfortable stay, but they didn't even provide a razor! 😮💨 Overall, a poor experience. Avoid this hotel!

Two hours after check-out, the hotel notified the guests that the sheets had stains and immediately stated that they could not be cleaned and demanded compensation. However, what exactly was the stain that could not be cleaned? Was there any relevant evidence? The hotel's statement was just empty talk and lacked any proof, resulting in a very poor experience. Furthermore, a guest maliciously monopolized all the washing machines and washed their shoes in them. When the front desk was notified, they only glanced at the front desk and did not offer any advice or intervention, which is worrying!
