Ibis Hotel (Ge'ermu Bayi Middle Road Kunlun Square Branch)

Facilities and cleanliness deserve full marks. Service deserves 0 marks. Our room booking included a highland-themed souvenir, but the front desk didn't provide one upon check-in. While in the elevator, we saw other guests carrying Ibis paper bags. When checking out at 9 AM on June 10th, we went to the front desk to ask about the souvenir. There was only one young woman at the front desk, and no other guests. The first time I asked, she pretended not to hear and kept her head down, working on her computer. The second time, she still didn't answer. Then someone came to scan a parking QR code, and she enthusiastically scanned the other person's code. I got angry and yelled, "I asked you three times, and you didn't answer a single question?" The young woman was also quite temperamental: "I'm scanning someone else's parking QR code." I turned and left; the souvenir was fine with me.

The hotel is located in the city center or the heart of a commercial district, surrounded by a full range of amenities including restaurants, shopping, and medical facilities. Multiple business districts and transportation hubs are within walking distance, and parking is convenient with ample spaces available. Some users specifically mentioned the hotel's proximity to Kunlun Square, large supermarkets, and night markets, making it easy for tourists to obtain daily necessities and experience local cuisine. Some newly opened locations are also near parks, attractions, or highway exits, catering to the diverse needs of those traveling by car.

Hygiene is not a strong point. The hotel's housekeeping department neglected to leave a bottle of water that someone had drunk from in the refrigerator. The room had a small window, not the large one shown in the photos. The hotel is located in a busy area, next to local nightclubs and clubs. A female receptionist at the front desk couldn't get a check-in because of a duplicate name, even after giving her her phone number and ID. Fortunately, a male receptionist helped with the check-in, which was a plus for the hotel, as his service was quite good!

The room is fine, but the only problem is that the stairs are right outside the window, which is very unsafe and poorly ventilated.

This hotel was absolutely terrible. As someone who travels frequently, I rarely leave reviews. This hotel was as ridiculous as a small, run-down hotel in a small town! It doesn't deserve a 3-star rating. The poor soundproofing and unauthorized entry into the room weren't even the biggest problems… 1. The hotel had a power outage almost all day. They didn't tell me about the outage when I checked in on the afternoon of the 19th. When I returned to the hotel that evening, they informed me that there would be a power outage from 8 am to 9 pm on the 20th. With only a few hours until the next day, and I had a full itinerary, plus the hotel had already reported it to the travel agency, I had no time to find another hotel. After reluctantly agreeing, the front desk said it wouldn't last that long, but by 9 pm there was still no power! They told me at 11 pm that it still wasn't working…! I had to check out. 2. There wasn't even water during the power outage! A day of despair! No water, no electricity! And while the hotel lobby has backup power, the guests don't! If you're going to have a power outage, then do it! What kind of hotel doesn't even have backup power? In Golmud, a third-tier city, this is the kind of service you get at a hotel under the Huazhu Group! 3. I clearly stated that I didn't want the room cleaned and even placed a "Do Not Disturb" sign, but the staff still barged into the room... My suitcase wasn't even locked, so I had absolutely no privacy. 4. The soundproofing is terrible; I could hear the neighbors showering and talking next door. And there was someone making a lot of noise under the hotel window!

Arrived around 2 AM. The lobby security guard was wearing sunglasses, which was quite intimidating. I asked the front desk if I could upgrade my room and get complimentary breakfast, but the hotel refused, insisting that bookings made through Ctrip were not accepted; only bookings made through Huazhu Club would qualify for complimentary breakfast. The room window only offered a view of the hotel's balcony. The air conditioning was malfunctioning. The toilet was installed crookedly. Something alarmed in the hallway in the morning, and it wasn't fixed from 7:40 AM to 8:00 AM. Overall, a terrible experience.

整體來説，還可以。早飯品種還可以。房間空間不是太大，製氧設備噪音有，安靜睡眠的人就別開了。下次看情況再前往。
