Golmud Fengjin Hotel (Salt Lake Plaza)

The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy, with a good separation of wet and dry areas in the bathroom. Parking was convenient. However, the TV in the room wasn't working, and even after calling a staff member to fix it, it still couldn't be repaired. The breakfast was also quite poor.

The power outlets, TV, and hair dryer are all just for show; none of them are usable. So many used tissues are piled up under the curtains. The room is so haphazardly tidied; the overall experience is really poor.

The room facilities were great, the heating was very good, and the stay was very comfortable. Parking was convenient, with a free parking lot in the backyard. The staff were also very friendly and the room was clean. I would definitely stay here again! 😁

The hotel rooms were clean and hygienic, the service was excellent, the front desk staff were very friendly, the bedding was comfortable, the cashier facilities were complete, and there was plenty of hot water. It was also very convenient to eat and shop nearby.

Extremely dissatisfied. The room had no air conditioning and only a small window, making it stuffy and hot at night. Most importantly, the toilet had a pungent, backflowing sewer smell that woke me up at night. Even with the toilet lid and sink drain plugged in, and the door tightly closed, the smell persisted and was unbearable. It was impossible to sleep; I sweated and felt suffocated. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

The hotel is located on the main street in the city center, surrounded by many local restaurants. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is very convenient. The lobby is spacious and elegant, and the front desk staff are friendly and quick to process our check-in. The room is beautiful, very clean, and well-equipped. The hot water is also very good. It's truly a great hotel.
