Elong Hotel (Bayi Road Underground Commercial Street, Jiangyuan Middle Road, Golmud)

The room itself was fine, but the service felt quite cold and distant. For a hotel positioned as high-end, the soft services are really lacking. I've been traveling for business through many cities, and this is the only hotel that has made me feel such a significant sense of distance!

Great value for money, I'd definitely book this hotel again. Beyond the standard budget hotel offerings, there were some nice touches: plenty of space to put things, several comfortable chairs/sofas, a humidifier, a vanity table, a full-length mirror, a dedicated cabinet for bath and hand towels, sterilized plastic slippers, a smart speaker (Xiao Ai), and complimentary brewed tea at the front desk. Breakfast was decent, though the plain congee and fried rice could be improved. The parking lot is large, and there's a delicious boneless meat restaurant nearby.

The service was top-notch, facilities were excellent, and everything was spotless. They were incredibly thoughtful, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely choose eLong Hotel again next time I'm in town, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Facilities: Just one issue – the shower water pressure wasn't great. I was on the 11th floor, so I'm not sure if it was because of the high floor, but the water flow was a bit weak.

The room was really great, and the breakfast was quite good too. The room decor was unique and tasteful. It's definitely worth trying out, highly recommended!

This hotel is a real gem! The facilities are exceptionally well-maintained, the air conditioning is incredibly powerful, the toiletries are of high quality, and the room is spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. The service is also impeccable; the front desk is efficient, and the room service is meticulous. The entire experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

My trip to Golmud was a fantastic one, and the stay at the eLong Hotel was absolutely amazing! The hotel's location is superb, right in the city center, facing Kunlun Park with stunning views. It's also incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and transportation. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in efficient and quick. They answered all my questions and even provided helpful local travel tips. The room was a delightful surprise – brand new and fully equipped. The modern and elegant decor, clean and inviting atmosphere, and soft bedding, along with excellent soundproofing (even with the dry conditions in Golmud, there was a humidifier!), showed attention to detail. 24-hour hot water, a mini-fridge, and a sterilizer were all provided, making my stay very reassuring. Both the facilities and service were impeccable; highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Golmud!
