The hotel nicely upgraded our room which pleased us a lot. The room is clean and spacious. The service is nice. Our bathroom had some problems with the shower, toilet and sink, but the hotel worker has solved it fast. The breakfast choice is wide, however the cheese does not taste good (there were two kinds of them), and there is only sweet bread. Otherwise, we liked the hotel and extended our stay for one more night.

The hotel is stylish and elegant. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is rich and the laundry room is very useful. recommend!

Excellent hotel and customer service. We arrived early morning and got in our room more or less straight away. The girl at the front desk did a great job and gave us a lift to the station as well as some free local tea. Great halal restaurant next door too. Excellent choice for Golmud! Highly recommend! Also due to her help we had the energy to go to Qarkan lake, thanks!

In particular, the oxygen supplement device is very practical. Proper oxygen supplementation during the high anti-reaction period relieved the headache. All staff have a strong sense of service. Whether it is security or cleaning, they are enthusiastic and proactive in providing services, answering questions, and knowing everything. The front desk is more enthusiastic, and they provide information and practical help efficiently about travel, surrounding facilities, food and other things, and replenishing items in the room. Special services also include very low prices for watching movies and good breakfasts. The airport pick-up service is also very thoughtful. A new hotel that I am willing to be a repeat customer after staying there.

The hotel is a little out of place to be honest. It’s very close to 水上雅丹 but this attraction is not open to foreigners. This hotel has 司机房 for free (for those who has a driver). However, my family and I never NEVER regret staying at this hotel even though the driver mention that it’s out of place and he has to go longer way to Dunhuang. The sky was clear and we were able to see stars (really a lot of stars) and also sunrise and sunset. One thing to share would be HAHA We are a family of 4. Only the first person who showered has hot water. The rest of us showered in cold water. There is a signage saying that the hot water will come again 20 mins after the first person showered but the hot water didn’t come. However, it’s not a big factor and we totally understand because it’s in a middle of desert!! We are luckily to even have water to shower in the first place. Our driver shared with us that this area doesn’t have water pipes so we are really luckily that this hotel does supply water.

The hotel is in a prime location, with ground and underground parking lots. The hotel staff is enthusiastic, the hotel rooms are large and well-equipped, the hotel's breakfast is rich, and the hotel's evening buffet dinner is economical and affordable. Next time I come to Golmud, I will choose to stay at Hilton Garden Inn Qinghai Golmud.

The room was very clean, and it even had an electric fan. Usually, city hotels don't have air conditioning or fans, but this one did, which was a really thoughtful touch! The greenery outside my window was so soothing. ❤️🩹 The owner's service was also very friendly. The handsome guy at the front desk helped me carry my suitcases upstairs. The lobby had a dazzling array of local specialties, and the owner even opened them for me to try. Finally, before leaving, I bought some wild black goji berries (I buy a lot, and they ship to my house for free). It really saved me a lot of effort. If I ever revisit this place, I'd definitely stay there again... I wish the owner good health!

The hotel is in a very good location, at the intersection of G215 and G109. It is very convenient to enter G109 to Kunlun Mountain and Hoh Xil in the south, and to Daxiadan and Dunhuang in the north. Free parking and free self-service car wash are available, and there is a very good halal restaurant next to it. The owner of the B&B is very enthusiastic, and the room is spacious and clean. In particular, the hardness of the bed is very suitable for me.

It's a half-hour drive from the Cerhan Salt Lake to Golmud City. This hotel is easy to find right on the national highway, with convenient parking and nearby food options. The hotel is new and very clean, with no odors. The owner is incredibly kind! We were given a free room upgrade. The room was spacious and clean. Highly recommended!

Stayed for one night with my friend. The hotel was clean and friendly, but my friend did not have hot water in the shower in the morning.
