We could not recommend this hotel more highly. They could not have been more helpful when we had to relocate from our chalet to the hotel in the middle of the night due to a local forest fire, and they made sure we always had the latest updates from the local emergency services in the following days. We were put up in an apartment which was perfect for us, and we even took advantage of the spa facilities which were wonderful. Our thanks to to everyone at the hotel for taking such good care of us.

The best thing about this hotel is the driver of the shuttle, since transportation is included in the hotel fee (the hotel has no restaurant and especially in the evening is tricky to come back in the dark, since the hotel is uphill). He is kind and hard working. Breakfast was also good, but what I did not like was the person at the reception, who I think was the owner. So rude and, as per Swiss culture, totally not flexible when we requested to be given information on other moment.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, but it's old and in need of renovation. The bathroom is in poor condition! The shower is broken. It's very noisy, and the old windows are leaky. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff and pool are fantastic. In other words, the hotel is in need of renovation.

The rooms are spacious, but the furnishings are a bit dated. The view is nice. While the breakfast would have been plentiful, the selection was quite limited on Sundays long before closing time. The shuttle to the village is very convenient.

We spent a night as a couple. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The plus is that they speak French. However, our room has an old-fashioned feel. It could use a refresh. Comfortable bedding. A large, high-quality thermal pool. Very good breakfast.

perfect room but disappointed with the swimming pool, I was also expecting a restaurant but there wasn't one so we had to go out and go down to the restaurants (only a few)

Spacious rooms, everyone very friendly, excellent shuttle service from/to the train station, gondola or restaurant. Nice little sauna and large saltwater pool. Some of the facilities are no longer modern ("vintage"), but that didn't bother us. Very good alternative if you don't want to stay directly in the ski area. Massage service is also highly recommended.
