#衞生訂了榻榻米房間，榻榻米席子上面污漬斑斑#服務房間座機是擺設，哪個電話都沒法兒打，查到前台諮詢電話，告知客房也是打前台外線反應問題房間包含的價值10幾塊錢的温泉門票，從價值上來説，還算可玩兒#房間設施設施陳舊一般#位置交通唯一的優勢是在長壽山景區門口，非常方便去遊玩

酒店在一個鎮上，交通還算比較方便，離高鐵站有點距離，酒店旁邊就是風景區，環境很好，周圍吃飯地方也比較方便

之前去過一次體驗很好，中間停業了，這次元旦看到開業了，很高興的預訂，但體驗很差。服務人員説經理説了房間的湯池衹能放一次水，請問你的房間叫啥湯屋、温泉酒店，作為一間私湯房，你説水限量，請問可笑不可笑，池子也不是循環加熱的，一下午僅這一次的水。私湯去的也不是一次兩次，沒有一個這樣規定的，我們也不會去故意浪費水資源。在堅持下，服務員機械的説請示經理，終於同意再放第二次水。節約經營成本可以理解，但在消費者體驗方面去“節約”那老闆還是花點心思思考思考吧，白白浪費了這麼大的房間。

榻榻米房，可以讓孩子隨便滾，温泉開放，孩子又能玩水！滿意！酒店門口上去就是長壽山景區……房價還便宜，服務也好，必須好評獎勵！

酒店服務一般，環境挺安靜的，衞生條件欠佳，訂房網頁上説的游泳池、小童遊樂設施均不開放，網頁上也不説明清楚，攜程訂票的客服人員也不回覆信息，服務不太滿意。早餐就太不符合一人15的標準了，就饅頭、鹹菜、土豆絲、冬瓜片和玉米糝，連雞蛋都沒有，後來都要吃完早飯了才有雞蛋

酒店離長壽山很近，設施不錯，但服務跟不上，晚上被蚊子吵醒了，打死了幾衹，沒有電蚊香；早餐不好，去晚了菜都沒有了，有的客人來的稍晚（在就餐時間），連煮雞蛋吃完了，想讓餐廳給煎個雞蛋，餐廳人員不給煎，説中午有喜宴，後廚忙着備菜呢……真讓人無語
