"3rd time staying in this hotel. It’s perfectly located with various malls and restaurants including McDonalds, kfc etc within walking distance, and also close to the airport. Although there were a couple of issues with the room cleanliness I brought it up with the duty manager Azib who was extremely friendly and apologetic. He quickly resolved the issue. Breakfast was included in my package with a lovely buffet breakfast and awesome cup of coffee. The restaurant waiting staff Preetika and Neha were very friendly and helpful. I do recommend the hotel and will be staying there again if I visit Gorakhpur in the near future."

"Hotel is very very unhygienic. Bedsheets were very dirty full of spots. Coacroaches were filled in the bath rooms no proper cleaning was there. No ventilation and the room was smelling very badly. Rooms was very small and they charged high price. At night staff on the reception was drunk. And service staff also were drunk at night. No water was there to drink when asked the staff replied u have to pay for the service at night. Very very bad experience ever I had in my life. Very very pathetic hospitality ever I experienced in entire life of my travel."
