"It is different than what is shown. Many basic things were missing, no water bottle provided, no phone to contact reception you had to go there yourself, i was provided only a towel that also next day with a soap cut in half. There was no hot water to take a bath, the blankets were smelly, and no slipper was provided after i asked for it. I felt sick whenever i saw the tiles, which were not properly cleaned. The bad thing people( he was saying he was the manager) were drinking alcohol."
