My husband and I recently stayed at Domaine Les Martins in early May 2025 for my 65th birthday! Everything about it was magical and the attention to detail is above and beyond. The furnishings and bedding are stylish, luxurious and comfortable. I used the basket in the room for the markets and ended up buying one to take home, along with some of their jam, body and face scrubs. We were in the room with the rooftop terrace that was a place of refuge at the end of the day where we could have charcuterie and wine watching the sunset. Regis and David are so helpful with any questions, directions, restaurants or touring advice. The breakfast is very complete and laid out beautifully with so many homemade and local items, was a great way to start our day. We hope to return someday!

Thank you David and Regis for a short and memorable stay at your hideaway paradise. Only wish we could have stayed longer! The Domaine is a jewel, perfect in every way tucked way in the magnificent Luberon. The breakfast is wonderfull and our special dinner prepared by David was perfect. A few tips: a black out curtain would be nice and a tucked away cofee machine in the room (we stayed in a room without a kitchenette).

My husband left DLM feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated, we only stayed for three days but wish we could have extended our trip! It’s hard to describe just how serene and beautiful the property is. The pool is perfect, the grounds are breathtaking, birds singing throughout the day, the room itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable, and the breakfast served daily was delicious! The owners, Regis and David were very helpful to us — they can help with arranging dinners, activities etc. with ease! If you’re reading this…go on and book your stay, you will not regret it!

I have this theory when traveling. You should stay in a hotel or B&B that totally represents where you are at that moment. I have spent my fair share of time traveling for business and while Hiltons and Marriotts are fine for that, there is nothing special that connects you to where you are. Domaine completely connects you to Provence. If you had to draw up the perfect hotel to spend time near Gordes, this would be the hotel. The attention to detail is extraordinary. David and Regis both are dedicated to making your time there memorable. Neither of them really had much experience running a small boutique hotel and I find it remarkable that they could put this together in the way that they have. Every minute that you are there is a reminder that you are in Provence. What a terrific small hotel.

Regis and David have created a very special retreat at Domaine les Martins. From the moment we checked in, we felt like every need was taken care of. They cooked us a delicious dinner our first night which we enjoyed in the privacy of our apartment, and they also made all of our dinner reservations and gave us excellent recommendations for every single aspect of our visit to Provence. Their taste is exquisite, the rooms are comfy and well equipped, the grounds are spectacular. They recommended a day of e-bike riding which was one of the highlights of our visit. Definitely a perfect place to stay close to many beautiful villages. Ten out of ten!

My husband and had a relaxing three night stay at Domaine Les Martins while we explored the villages of the Luberon region. Although the grounds and common areas were lovely, our room wasn't what I was expecting. We entered into a floor level area that was so poorly lit, we weren't able to even read in the room. Upstairs was a small bedroom with a very comfortable bed and quality bed linens. Although the bathroom was well appointed with toiletry items and plush towels, there wasn't a door between the bed and bathroom. If you are looking for bathroom privacy, this isn't the room for you. The breakfast buffet looked and tasted delicious and was served leisurely from 9 - 11 AM. We weren't given the option of any other meals on the property. Other than being disappointed with our room, it is a nice place to stay in Provence.

We selected Domaine les Martins based on all the positive reviews, and could not have been happier with our choice. First, the location (though seemingly remote) is perfect for exploring the many beautiful Provençal villages within a 15-20 minute drive. This is a supremely quiet spot, nestled in a hamlet, and designed with every comfort in mind for guests. Regis and David are the consummate hosts, and are happy to help with advice and arrangements. For active types, we recommend renting e-bikes to explore the area. Kayaking on the nearby Sorgue River is also fun, especially for families. (You will get wet!) Many good nearby restaurants, but our best meal was one specially prepared by Regis and David. Breakfasts were a work of art.
