The staff are very friendly and the location is excellent. Perhaps because the weather is getting colder, the rooftop terrace doesn't seem to be used much, but it's great for watching hot air balloons in the morning. The buildings in front do obstruct the view a bit, but it's still good.

The breakfast tasted good, but the room was incredibly noisy; it felt like the people next door were talking right in my ear. Also, I wonder if they discriminate against Chinese people. We arrived at the hotel early after a long bus ride from Antalya to Goreme and kept asking if we could check in early, but they said no. Then, a foreign family came in around 1 PM and they were immediately checked in and even offered tea and water (we had been there for ages and no one offered us a bottle of water).

The environment is decent, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Göreme, making transportation easy. The food is quite good. However, the facilities are a bit dated.

The location is fine. The price isn't great, but then again, nothing in Goreme is cheap. The owner was nice; he even gave us free coffee when we asked. Maybe it's due to the region, but for this price, the infrastructure is about what you'd expect. Overall, I recommend it. However, if you have a generous budget and want a better room, you should look elsewhere. Oh, and I highly recommend the Chinese restaurant, Plum Blossom.

Lovely friendly accommodating staff. Extremely helpful. Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Good central location. Only thing I would say as a negative would be that the bathroom drains smelt bad and the smell would come into thw bedroom. Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. And the cat Zareefe is so cute.

Great location, quiet yet central. The room was very spacious, and while the facilities were a bit dated, they were still perfectly functional. The hotel's cats and dogs are absolutely adorable!

This hotel has a great location, with shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are very spacious, and the staff is friendly. There's an observation deck on the roof, but we drove to the Love Valley, which was only a 5-minute drive. I recommend it.

Parking at this hotel is a hit-or-miss situation, but the breakfast is excellent. Its location in the town center is very convenient. The hotel itself is a bit run-down, but it's super handy if you're doing a hot air balloon ride the next day. I'd recommend staying here for three days; it's quite good.
