This family-run hotel is small yet cozy.
Environment and Facilities: It has a small courtyard with only five rooms. The check-in room and restaurant are on opposite sides. There's an old mulberry tree in the courtyard, providing ample shade; sitting under it for tea or breakfast is very pleasant. You can watch the hot air balloons from upstairs, although some views are slightly obstructed.
Service: We highly commended their service. We arrived in Cappadocia very early, and although we couldn't check in, we were able to store our luggage. The elderly gentleman there offered us hot tea. Upon check-in, we discovered that one of our room reservations had been cancelled by the supplier without our notification (the order status on the platform hadn't changed). Because the hotel was fully booked and prices were rising during the National Day holiday, the front desk staff helped resolve the issue (although in the end, we had to add an extra bed to the same room). We contacted Ctrip afterward, and the platform actively helped resolve the problem and offered compensation. If you're visiting Cappadocia, this hotel is worth considering. We recommend booking directly; if booking through a middleman, it's best to confirm again closer to the date.
A special mention goes to their excellent hot water pressure, making washing up very convenient.
