The room was divided into three areas: a living room, bedroom, and bathroom, each with a spacious feel. The bedroom featured a vanity, perfect for women to touch up their makeup in the morning. The bathroom also had a huge bathtub. The entire room was very clean, and the cave hotel setting was quite unique; it was warm inside despite the cold outside. The hotel's location was excellent. A 3-minute walk north brought me to Göreme's most vibrant street (restaurants, shops, ATMs, etc.). It was also close to the hot air balloon launch site and the open-air museum, just a 2-minute drive away. The service was also excellent. The owner warmly introduced me to the room and nearby activities and attractions, and even helped me book horseback riding and ATV tours at a lower price than others had paid.

This family-run hotel is small yet cozy. Environment and Facilities: It has a small courtyard with only five rooms. The check-in room and restaurant are on opposite sides. There's an old mulberry tree in the courtyard, providing ample shade; sitting under it for tea or breakfast is very pleasant. You can watch the hot air balloons from upstairs, although some views are slightly obstructed. Service: We highly commended their service. We arrived in Cappadocia very early, and although we couldn't check in, we were able to store our luggage. The elderly gentleman there offered us hot tea. Upon check-in, we discovered that one of our room reservations had been cancelled by the supplier without our notification (the order status on the platform hadn't changed). Because the hotel was fully booked and prices were rising during the National Day holiday, the front desk staff helped resolve the issue (although in the end, we had to add an extra bed to the same room). We contacted Ctrip afterward, and the platform actively helped resolve the problem and offered compensation. If you're visiting Cappadocia, this hotel is worth considering. We recommend booking directly; if booking through a middleman, it's best to confirm again closer to the date. A special mention goes to their excellent hot water pressure, making washing up very convenient.

The breakfast was delicious! It was prepared by the owner's sister. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. The location was great. It was a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kappa.

I want to give it 10 stars. Room It's a room inside a cave, very clean, and especially the towels are like those in a 5-star hotel. Service The owner explained everything in detail from start to finish and welcomed me kindly, which was great. Location It seems to be the closest to the center of Cappadocia. Sunset Point is also close. It's perfect. Breakfast I highly recommend it... It's a Turkish home-cooked meal, but it's clean and has a lot of variety. It's 100 times better than eating Turkish food at an outside restaurant. The hotel price is also very, very reasonable. If you're coming to Cappadocia, I highly recommend this hotel.
