Favorite hotel on this trip! The room is clean, tidy and warm. WiFi signal is good. The transportation is convenient. It is located on the top of the mountain and has a good view. Mustafa reception was very warm. Help me patiently introduce various travel itineraries, and tailor the itinerary for me according to my time. Booked an ATV quad bike cross-country and Turkish bath with him.

It's a good location, even though it's a bit tiring up the hill, it's worth seeing. The breakfast is very good and satisfying. We didn't have any problems with the various temperatures. There's no damp smell etc.

Best experience in Istanbul with Mosiac Cave Hotel! The best thing about this hotel is the warmth and friendliness of the staff and hotel manager here. Extremely accommodating and welcoming !! The breakfast was also great and they ensure you get everything you need 24/7. Not to mention the best views you get from the hotel for some great pictures!! Best one so far! Recommended to all visiting Cappadocia with their loved ones!

It was a nice hotel, our room was really big and comfortable. Really loved the cave vibe.The bathroom was huge as well! Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was probably 7/10, it was decent but I wish there was more variety. Location is good, it takes like 10-15 minutes to walk down to where there are more restaurants and shops. You can also see the view of the balloons in the morning!

Mosaic Cave Hotel in Goreme is lovely. It's a family-friendly gem with great internet and comfy pillows. Enjoyed my stay! I especially thank Mustafa and Cihan for their help to book all activities. I highly recommend hot air balloon to book through them because they arrange best company.

We didn't stay but the kindness / friendliness of the staff is worthy of mention. We were caught in a thunderstorm so sheltered in the hotel entrance. After a few minutes a member of staff came out with a tray of Turkish tea, sheltering under a brolly and invited us in, complete strangers and as I say NOT guests. We stayed for well over an hour and were offered more tea, cookies and such genuine hospitality it was heart warming. From what we saw the Hotel looks delightful, with stunning views down the vally.

Wonderful spot up on the hill - staff were amazing - 7 min walk down the hill to restaurants and shops or visit other hotel restaurants and bars near the hotel. Very cosy and comfortable. We had the best room for view

OMG! Upon receiving my confirmation, I have received a WhatsApp message about my upcoming stay - this was elevated service! Upon arrival, my room was ready and I was upgraded! The room was stunning + the bfast view was fabulous! Mustafa, the receptionist was very help to book all your tours and booking. The horse back riding reco was second to none. Shout out to the guide, Aziz! Very professional. I love it as it was like very exclusive. Thank you so much team, and the bfast team and Hican. I will be back. 5 star service.
