great area to stay in, with pick up for all tours. reception was helpful and good. rooms are caves so they are not very sound proof which means you can hear outside noises at any random timing. bonus: cats!!

An incredibly satisfying experience! We arrived in Göreme in the morning, battling the wind and snow with our luggage to find the hotel. The staff member was so nice; he let us drop off our bags and warm up, and even invited us to have a complimentary breakfast in the restaurant. They let us check in around 10 AM once the room was ready, which was just so thoughtful. The room itself was great too, with comfortable floor heating, and the breakfast spread was delicious. I'd lost my last travel adapter on the way, and the same staff member even helped me find a spare – highly recommend this place! 🌹

Clean and tidy. The front desk staff was very polite. After checking out, you can leave your luggage at the hotel's front desk and go out to explore without worry. Then come back in the evening to catch a ride to the airport.

***** Cappadocia is super impressive U will definitely love the garden once u enter the hotel, the flowers are gorgeous, planted with many varieties that u will feel vy relaxing and comfy immediately for the room, it is spacious and clean, equipped with air con!!! and all the essential facilities the staff was so nice and he kindly gave us a ride to transit another hotel, very considerate the brekkie included was satisfactory, with many food choices, and the taste is good

I wish the hotel had a pool and a restaurant but alas. Other than that, the room was really nice. The WiFi was a bit slow though. The staff were nice and the location is very ideal. Only a 10 min walk from the town of Goreme, and many restaurants nearby. The best feature of this hotel is its rooftop, where you can see the balloons at sunrise. The balloons come very close, to the point we got woken up from hearing the fire. It was very dreamy.

Hotel is a little higher up. There is a nice view point near the hotel to see the hot air balloons. The rooftop bar they have is badly maintained but overall the hotel staff and management is good and at your service. Wished could have a later checkout.

The hotel is a real cave hotel & we loved our ground floor room - the entire place is magical & stunning! It is very conveniently located just a short walk away from many eateries & the town centre is not too far. Buffet breakfast spread is really good with a live station for eggs & the staff managing the place are so pleasant. Also, LOVE the kitties & doggos residing there❣️

Beautiful hotel with their own territory and a rooftop with a view to balloons. Nice but simple breakfast.

This is a very good hotel. You can see hot air balloons, and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel rooms are very large, with a cave-style design. There are many cute cats and dogs in the hotel, and you can pet them as much as you want. It's also very convenient to get a taxi; the drivers will wait at the door. It's a great hotel overall. The owner provided a lot of water. Remember to ask for scrambled eggs and other special breakfast items separately. Western food is also available. It's very good! 6666666666666666% Lucky us! If the hot air balloons hadn't flown, it would have been like not coming at all...

There are many cave hotels, but this one is located at a high altitude, so the views were amazing. We could see the hot air balloons clearly from the roof of the hotel. The room was very warm, and the bathroom wasn't cold at all. It was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was simple but good. I highly recommend it!

I was impressed from the moment I arrived🤍 It was such a beautiful, picturesque hotel :) Because it's located high up, the night view was amazing even without going anywhere else. I only booked for two days and one night, but I'd love to stay longer next time. Being with the lovely cats was also healing.

The owner's warm and welcoming hospitality was the most unforgettable experience of our trip to Turkey. This is our fourth stay, and we love it as always 💕 They are the most trustworthy business among cave hotels.
