Breakfast included is a perk and the choices were adequate. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Rooms were clean and large.

Nothing that was particularly likeable.
I waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk,; a line of 5 people wanting to check-in had formed in the meantime. I asked about where to park and was given a terse, unhelpful "Yeah, outside by the building." The room itself was sort of okay but the bedclothes had various stains. Breakfast had absolutely no accommodation for a vegan consumer. There was no coffee in the coffee maker and no one around who seemed to care. The owner/manager was in pajamas having breakfast. The food area was tiny, cramped and uncomfortable. The microwave was out of order.

Room was not ready at check in, had to wait an hour.
Pool & hot tub was out of service.
Room was close to the road. Traffic was loud early morning and late night. Staff doing the best they can will little help.

We arrived around 8:00pm. found out they have 2 rooms with the same number. That makes it confusing. The television didn't work and maintenance wasn't around to take care of the problem.

Bathrooms need major updating. Very limited on breakfast foods and time availability. For what is charged for rooms, it’s pathetic. Vending machines empty and soda machine took our money. Staff was very nice. Would not stay again.

Carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Building smelled of cooking spices. Parking was very tight. Pool wasn’t working. AC quit working in the middle of the night and had to re-set it. No elevators.

The carpeting in our room was dirty dirt and dust in every corner didnt want to set anything on the floor. The air conditioner sounded and felt like a freight train going through the room. Also no table to use for mapping had to sit on bed and use the ice tray and coffee tray to eat from on the bed.
When i went to ask to be moved to a different room was told there was none available. Breakfast room was small and very limited. Would not recommend to anyone. No Quality at that quality in. Very diappointed.

Stayed for 2 nights and the room was never cleaned. We asked at the front desk and they just gave us more towels. They waited until we checked out to tell us you had to call ahead to get your room cleaned due to covid regulations (covid was 2 years ago) and pointed to a piece of paper taped to the wall typed in font you need a magnifying glass to read.

This is a nice clean property, typical of Quality Inns. Staff is friendly and helpful. I've tried similarly priced and cheaper motels in Gorham and this one is in the best condition. The wall AC units are loud (typical for their type), and the included breakfast was disappointing, although I may have hit it on an off day as it was the Wed morning after Labor Day weekend: a few types of sugared cereal, pre-packaged muffins (not fresh), some slices of white bread that you could put in a small toaster, and a waffle machine. No yogurts or healthy cereals. No fresh fruit. No eggs or breakfast meats. Coffee, hot water, and milk. No juices. As I said, might normally be better.
