I have been staying at the hotel every week for the last 6 months. Because it is a new hotel, there are (many) teething problems that occur. False alarms at night, errors in reservations, errors in service in the restaurant, poor quality food, no newspaper, inflexible employees... but gradually this improved considerably. Everything has been great in the last few weeks! Hats off!
